Mind-blowing location! Walk to metro, bus stop across the street, and Colosseum just 10 mins away! Super clean apartment with A/C, big bathroom, and comfy bed. Perfect for couples; can even fit a third person in the living room. Kitchenette available, but who needs it with amazing food options nearby? Jaw-dropping architectural charm in a Roman building. Free Wi-Fi, electric kettle, and cookware provided. Air conditioning saved us on hot summer days. Convenient lift, cots available, and no pets or smoking allowed. Airport shuttle service available for a fee. Enjoyable stay with a flat-screen TV for entertainment.

The seating area in the room was perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring Rome's enchanting streets. It felt like sinking into a cloud, just what I needed to recharge my tired feet and soul.
Thin walls, noisy neighbors.

I had a wonderful stay at a charming apartment in a great location. Just a short walk to the Colosseum, with metro and bus stops nearby. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had a spacious bathroom. Perfect for couples and could even accommodate a third person. The kitchenette was a plus, although with so many fantastic restaurants nearby, cooking wasn't necessary. The staff was responsive and check-in was easy. I highly recommend this place for a fantastic stay in Rome.

There were plenty of restaurants, snack bars, and convenience stores within walking distance. The location was perfect, with the Colosseum and a taxi rank just at the end of the street.
Felt at ease, no complaints.

The location of this accommodation is perfect for tourists. It is only a short walk away from the Colosseum, making it incredibly convenient to visit this iconic attraction. there are plenty of public transport options nearby, allowing easy access to other tourist attractions in the city. Guests will also find a grocery shop right next to the accommodation, providing convenience for buying supplies.
The walls in the apartments are not well insulated, which means that noise from neighboring rooms can be quite disturbing at times.
